He has maintained a key role in the development of design criteria, specifications, standards and procedures to assure projects meet the clients' needs and budget.

Mr. Marsicek has over 22 years of electrical and instrumentation engineering experience on diversified industrial projects. He has led the E&I discipline or managed projects of all different sizes. He manages the Pöyry (Appleton) LLC technical group - engineering and information technology.

Mr. Micke possesses over 30 of experience in administrative, engineering and construction positions. He has a broad base of engineering and construction management experience related to projects of all sizes. He has design experience in several disciplines and has a thorough understanding of the project design process.
